General Information

The Guizhou Huangguoshu Tourism Group will be the official travel agency for the conference. They will cooperate with the conference committee to offer discounted and competitive accommodation to registered participants of the conference.

Accommodation

Upon registration we will help participants to reserve rooms at Huangguoshu Hotel. The Huangguoshu Hotel is located at the center of the Huangguoshu National Park.  It is a villa complex in a unique architectural style of the local folks. The hotel has 180 standard rooms, suites and deluxes. Daily shuttle service to and from the Convention Center where the conference will take place will be available for registered participants free of charge. In the Accommodation Form, please make sure to specify the number of people accompanying you, the number and type of rooms, as well as arrival and departure dates.  

Meal and Reception Tickets

Meals will be provided after purchasing meal tickets at the conference site. It will cost  about ¥80 per person per day. Please refer to the Registration Form for further information.

Travel

Participants are encouraged to make their travel arrangements early to Guiyang Longdongbao Airport (KWE) or the Guiyang Railway Station. Participants using international flights can make their transfer in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou or Kunming to Guiyang Longdongbao Airport (KWE).

Please contact us at your earliest convenience to receive discounted accommodation and travel fares for registered participants of the conference through the Guizhou Huangguoshu Tourism Group.

Airport Transfers

You will be picked up from the Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport (KWE) upon arrival and driven to your hotel (137KM, about 2 hrs drive). The local staff will be waiting at the only exit of the airport with the sign "HGS08 Conference on Biomedical Mathematics". You must have informed us about your complete travel itinerary. If you have not, please do so as soon as possible.

You will be picked up from your hotel and driven back to the Guiyang International Airport in time to catch your return flight home.

Payment: Invited speakers: no charge. Other registrants: 50RMB/person for each single trip. Pay at the registration site. RMB (Renminbi) is the Chinese Yuan (CNY). Daily currency exchange rates can be found at the Yahoo Currency Converter.
